These policies are effective January 1st, 2012.

Any massage/service that was purchased using a DAILY GANT coupon will not count towards your free massage.

By failing to cancel an appointment through schedulicity or by calling us, you will forfeit your next free massage.
     We understand that there are emergencies and life events that are out of your control. Those will be handled on a case by case basis.

Please remember that we are an appointment based business. If you arrive late to your appointment your appointment will have the same end time and you will be charged the full price.
     If our schedule allows us to do the full amount of time we will, however, we cannot guarantee that.
